These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://thestudyla.bakipy.site (the "Site") and any services offered by The Study LA ("The Study"). By using the Site or booking access to the studio, you agree to these Terms.
1. Access and booking
Access to The Study — whether as a coach training your own clients or as an individual training with us — is arranged through our inquiry and booking process and is a contractual agreement between you and The Study. Fees for access are quoted on inquiry. Booked sessions or blocks that are missed are your responsibility and are not refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Fees and payments
- Fees for access to the studio are quoted on inquiry and confirmed in writing before your booking begins.
- Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking.
- All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable California sales tax where required.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of a confirmed booking and prior to your first session are eligible for a full refund. Once access has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee. Contact train@thestudyla.com to initiate a request.
4. Health, safety, and release
Personal training involves inherent physical risk. By participating, you acknowledge those risks and confirm that you are medically cleared to exercise. You agree to inform your coach of any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your training.
5. Intellectual property
The Study name, our training methods, and all materials on the Site are the property of The Study LA. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose our materials without written permission.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or using automated scrapers in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
